I wouldn't think so...not 24/7. Can you give any more details? Has there been some traumatic event for you? Hopefully some people here will be there to comfort you in this difficult time

I am also agree to "Bruce".There must be a reason and if you cant figure it out after you have tried everything.Just dont get too frustrated, it will only worsen the situation.Take time.Try to be relax and enjoy every moment.
Crying it out is not a good idea.Dont worry too much . Everyone situation is different, and people have different amounts of baggage to go through. But as long as you are functioning, eating, getting out, talking to people, then you're doing better.
Read up on the stages of grief. If you dont see yourself experience any of these phases, then you still have some work to do.You go through each phase, and very often bounce between them until you reach the acceptance stage. And somedays you'll accept it, and then the next day be back in depression and bargainning stage.

This is NOT normal!!! Please contact your doctor and express to him/her the symptoms you are having. I am willing to bet that crying is not the only one! Are you tired more often? Are you avoiding family and friends? Don't be embarassed to discuss this w/someone (doctor, counelor, therapist, etc), so many people suffer from depression and/or related disorders and there is help!!!!!
