Im 14, 5'f and weigh 95 pounds. If I run 2-3 miles every day, how many calories do I need?

You should cut your calorie as much as possible & in deed progressively.
Drink plenty water to make your stomach full before your meal.
Exercise daily & try to play any types of outdoor game.Make a meal plan from today . Dont take choclate & others first food whatver contains huse fat.
