Topic: While the life-expectancy spread between men and women ...

Message: While the life-expectancy spread between men and women has decreased, it's no mystery that men yet need to repay much care to their bodies. Several things make against men. They lean to smoke and drink much than women. They wear't try medical assistance as frequently as women. Some men determine themselves by their job, which can make to emphasize. There are too health conditions that simply impact men, such as prostate cancer and reduced testosterone. Many of the leading health risks that men confront – like colon cancer or eye disease - can be prevented and treated with earlier diagnosis. Screening tests can discover diseases early, when they are easier to handle. It's significant to get routine checkups and screenings.

However when they took the biopsy they noticed my duodenum was inflammed. My doctor is still unsure of what might be causing this. I ma having the following tests done.I have previously has a stomach biopsy and there were also no stomach ulsers or inflamation.Celiac blood testHelicobacter pylori (I have had this in the past)Gallbladder ScreenCan Helicobacter pylori flatten the folds of the duodenum? Can excess bile produced from the gallblader flatten the folds of the duodenum?I understand that it could still be celiac disease but been on the gluten free diet for a few weeks and the pain is just as bad.Things are taking so long and just feel a little assistance may help in pinpointing the problem. Thanks for reading this and look forward to you responseWhattodo

PLZ reply...this is really bothering...HAIR LOSS AT 21!!! in Health and Fitness : Men's Health

Topic: PLZ reply...this is really bothering...HAIR LOSS AT 21!!!

Message: I myself am 21, and think I have been having problems with hair loss. I always had an extremely thick head of hair along with everyone in my family. But more recently (probably for the past few months) I have been noticing a dimming of the thickness. Now, this could all be in my head, but it's really worrying me. My scalp feels so itchy, and many times (like others said) when i run my fingers through my hair or pull my hair slightly, hairs come out, basically every time I do that. I think there could be some obvious contributing factors though that need to be addressed. It wouldn't be too far fetched to say that partying and drinking has taken its toll on some of my health, and could all the drinking be a contributing factor? Also, I have a lot of mixed anxiety, depression, and sometimes I get horribly stressed out, but I have been that way for years now, and it didn't turn into anything like this. On the good side though, I do eat a healthy well balanced diet, exercise daily, and have taken multivitamins for years, and I do plan on either partying and drinking less, or completely cutting it out. Oh, and I used tresseme(spelling) shampoo, but it usually varies with brands when I change it out.

Topic: What’s the best option for mild problem

Message: I am 23 and noticed breathing issues a few years ago. I was in college at the time and didn't want to go to the doctor because I didn't have trouble breathing, I just didn't have as much breath as I thought I should have (and as I remembered having in High School). After chest pains a few weeks ago, my worried and sweet wife convinced me to go to the doctor. After some pulmonary tests, EKG (to make sure the chest pains were not my heart) and X-rays (no heart swelling, thank goodness) the doctor said I had mild asthma and put me on Advair. It's been a week now, and if anything my chest hurts MORE. It's still not too bad, but I definitely don't feel any better. I don't have major asthma attacks, but I do wake up sometimes with slight breathing issues and need to get a drink of water and cough a few times to go back to sleep. I also get a tight and painful chest (normally on the left side, but this morning on the right) sometimes. What can I expect from the medicine and what’s the best way? Thanks in advance!

Topic: PLZ reply...this is really bothering...HAIR LOSS AT 21!!!

Message: Masturbation essentially is not only a "normal" and healthy form of sexual behavior, but it is also useful as a means of learning about one's own sexual responses. Masturbation is a healthy sexual behavior. Like other behaviors, when over practiced or addicted it can lead to both psychological and physiological imbalances. But, over-masturbation is not good for enough. Try to keep your ejaculation frequency down to 2-3 times a week. However, some suggested that over-masturbation or over-ejaculation converts too much testosterone into dihydrotestosterone(DHT). DHT (Dihydrotestosterone) is produced from the male hormone testosterone, by the action of the enzyme 5 alpha reductase. DHT manufactured in the body at a number of sites, but primarily in the liver and the skin (including the hair follicle). Many factors increase the production of DHT in the body, such as stress, genetics .High levels of DHT overload the body causing baldness and possible prostate enlargement if blood circulation is poor in the prostate area. Reducing the frequency of masturbation or ejaculation will help maintain low levels of DHT and avoid hair loss. Reducing the frequency of masturbation or ejaculation will help maintain low levels of DHT and avoid hair loss. Internet scam artists have tried to invent a concept called "over masturbation," insisting that you have to buy their expensive herbal pills in order to counteract the effect of masturbating more than a couple of times per week. But the pills have absolutely no effect — and masturbating once or twice a day will not make your hair fall out, or cause anything else they claim.

Arthritis in left knee in Health and Fitness : Men's Health

Topic: Arthritis in left knee

Message: The first time I noticed something wrong with my left knee was while climbing some railway stairs at age 51. I was quasi an attack! I could hardly move the left knee and it was very painful. So, I just stay put on the steps, pretending I was waiting for someone. At first I feared it would be a permanent thing, yet after a short while it disappeared as fast as it came. What a shocking experience! Since then (14 years later) I get a bit of this kind of pains in my left knee only occasionally. My right knee has non-of these problems. My brother (in Germany) had the same problem with his left knee. His doctor advised him to have an operation and now he is unable to run, while I (albeit older) still can jump and run like a gazelle. That's why my rule is: Only agree to an operation if it's for the purpose to save your life, because every operation is risky... you never know; here someone died during a simple operation, just because the oxygen bottle was empty and they didn't notice it! My aunt suffered from backpain too and a doctor recommended her to have an column injection, which went wrong and she had to live ('exist') the rest of her life (only 46 years) paralyzed in a wheelchair. So, I learnt a lesson or two... and trust you, too! Beside... a bit of religion helps, too: Help yourself so helps you God! >>> I build myself a tiny electric blanket, measuring only about 35x40 cm from the heating element of an old electric blanket. I place it over my knees to warm them on cold winter days while sitting for hours on my PC. It really helps and is a much better alternative to water bottles, costing only 25W/PH. A serial diode and a switch allows me to half the heat. Anyone wanting instruction on how to build one, don’t hesitate to contact me. I love to help... :)

Topic: Chronic backache...

Message: Some days I wake up with a terrible backpain and feel almost paralyzed...Could be I slept the night or worked the previous day in a wrong position for too long? What ever it is, all what only helps me than is lying backwards over the bed's edge for a while to linder the pressure onto the column's nerves. Try it, you'll be suprprised how effective this is. I didn't read it anywhere etc., I just felt that this must be the right thing to do.
