my problem is i keep talking to my self. i am facing this problem from last two years. what ever i speak in my heart others can listen it very easly. but now the problem is taking big issue because now my hand and neck also moves when i talk to my self. i am becoming bad plz help me. plz give some tips how i can control my hand and neck movements.
