Hello, I have the same problem with my weight. I know I eat too much and have not enough movement, but that's just the lifestyle I cannot change easily. So I have rather tried a cosmetic surgery (liposuction) abroad with a reasonably cheap company (Prague Beauty it was called) with a really professional service and I had a great time in Prague and got rid of a lot of fat. Currently, I am still several stones overweight but trying hard to stick with the diet recommended by that company. It is more about how you can control yourself but if that does not work, you can also use the aid of professionals. Sorry that I cannot help you more as this is one of my biggest personal problems too ;(
