hi im ebooker, due to irregular timings on food and sleep for the past 2 years, my liver has been enlarged, i m really suffering immediately i finished eating. I feel like the food inside is coming out. anybody out there knows about yoga plz tell what is the name of that yoga which makes our liver functioning good and also absorbs the unwanted fat. Becos the scan report says my liver is a fatty liver.
