I hope someone here can help me because the last weeks I have been suffering of something that seem to be anxiety attacks. I had a lot of stress at work lately, simply lots of things to do. About 3 weeks ago I started getting headache at work every afternoon. A few days later I had to vomit in the afternoon - it was horrible. Sometimes I also start sweating horribly. So that isn't making my work that is stressy enough already easier. I have to concentrate but I can't because of these anxiety attacks. I tried to get information on the internet on this page about [url=http://www.anxietyattackshelp.com/]anxiety attacks[/url] and this one on [url=http://www.couns.uiuc.edu/brochures/anxiety.htm]anxiety symptoms[/url] They say that relaxation and breathing techniques are helpful, but I couldn't find any further information.
Does any of you have experience with that and could probably recommend some relaxation techniques? Otherwise this will drive me crazy!!
