I've lost 25 lbs in 2 months... some things that helped me

1) exercise , nothing to extreme... running 3 times a week, bowflex 3 times a week, and rollerblading every now and again.

2) Stopped using the salt shaker

3) I eat b'fast every AM, a bowl of cereal usually... bran flakes or special K with skim milk. It fills me up and I usually have less cravings when I'm full ( go figure )

4) Fats Food ( note the spelling ), I pretty much cut out fast food... I might have eaten out 3 times in the last 2 months. Also when we have pizza, I try to limit myself to 2 pieces.

5) Water- I drink tonnes of it.

6) I try not to eat late at nite, sometimes it hard because I work nightshift but I think it has helped.

I hope some of these tips help ... they have helped me. If I had been seriously dieting , I prob would have lost another 15 lbs in that same time period.

All good tips. Basically, you got up and started exercising a bit, consistently.
You gave up the crap food, and started watching your portions when you do have 'cheat food' like pizza.
No more sodas, just calorie free water.
