Sorrounding yourself with supportive family, friends and co-workers can have a positive effect on your mental well-being, even having close friends and family on whom you didnt count has far-reaching benefit for you.
Try to be intimate with them.Keep looking for ways to improve yourself. Maybe it's by complaining less, being more generous or forgiving others' faults. There are times we all feel lonely, when amidst a room full of people we feel like we really dont know anybody. I think it happens to every body even those with a busy social life and friends . I will try to help you through with this phase of your life, to overcome it and most importantly make your loneliness work for you.
The 1st thing to overcome your loneliness is to be confident yourself .It is the root of all of ur anxirty, phobia, relation with others...
You will enjoy others company when you enjoy your own first. You have to open your heart to let people in because nobody likes to knock on closed doors whatever they dont know ur condition. Just think this way :you are very special and there are so many people who want to be with you. just realise that and life will be so good. sit with your self and see what you have to offer..i am sure you will be surprised to see how much you can do.....
Although in-person relationships are best, if you're living in a small town or living abroad, you might find added support through chat rooms or online bulletin boards. Many good sites exist for people going through stressful times such as chronic illness, loss of a loved one, new baby, divorce and other life changes. Just be sure to stick to reputable sites, and never arrange person-to-person meetings with such a contact.
Good day.Best of luck.
