Hello i'am 19 years old and for a little while now have been feeling disorientated feelings in my head. Now its like not like a normal headache because it doesnt set in my head like a normal headache will but it will start fo rinstance on the back left side of my head and sometimes move around. It I will move to the top of my ears and give it a funny tingling feeling and sometimes into my cheeks and gums. And what bothers me most is , how it shoots down to the rightside of my neck and into my left arm and sometimes down to my left foot. Before this whole new head feeling crap ive been experiencing I was feeling pressure on the left breastbone area and after being convinced I was going into cardiac arrest I went to the er and the doctor said my heart sounded great and didnt even say xrays were necessary. So ive forgot about that pain and ignore it whenever it happens but rarely does happen now. Ive just been stuck on this head thing. Can it be a brain tumor? Or an aneurism? Or is it anxiety? Id appreciate any input or opinions. And please dont say go to a doctor I hate that response I will but not nothing serious has happened to me at all from any of this.

Well, immediately contact with a  psychiatrist. He will suggest u everything.
Try to Spend time with people, friends, relatives who help your ward off loneliness. Whether it's other new moms, dog lovers, fishing buddies or siblings, just knowing you're not alone can go a long way toward coping with stress.

Surrounding yourself with supportive family, friends and co-workers can have a positive effect on your mental well-being, although there's plenty of research to confirm it. A strong social support network can be critical to helping you through the stress of tough times, whether you've had a bad day at work or a year filled with loss or chronic illness. It's never too soon to cultivate these important relationships — and your social support network can never have too many good friends.

Dont think u are alone. You are just having a bad headache, still u didnt know even fully its cause. Its nothing .Be confident & in deed be a good fireind for all others.
Dont worry, Dont waste your time unduly .Every breathing is importent whatevr u are still alive.
Good luck, Contact with your psychiatrist /physician(?).

Hi,

Well, no one can diagnose a brain tumor over the internet. But given you worry levels, it's probable that anxiety could be an issue, or at the very least intensifying the sensations you're worried about. Headaches are a very common symptom of anxiety, and an anxious person is often going to be very aware of the sensations they're having. Take a a look at the following urls:  anxiety symptoms and health anxiety. Sound familiar? The MC2 Method is a program that I'm involved with and can honestly say is very good. But there are many approaches to dealing with anxiety. Aside from medical advice, it wouldn't hurt to work on that issue and see if the headaches disappear. If they do, then it's possible that they were anxiety related.

Good luck!
Jessica

Hi,
I had the same exact same things with night sweats, itchy skin, weight loss, and insomnia.  I went to many, many doctors and eventually was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma.  This is very hard to diagnose, but, ask your doctor to look at this possibility.  I was fausly diagnosed with depresion and anxiety disorder; but, none of the medications helped the symptoms.   I could not lie down flat because my heart would pound very fast and cause chest pains and excessive sweating.  I would try to sleep sitting straight up; but, would have what I thought were anxiety attacks and severe itching especially on my lower legs.  I know you hate doctors but if this is what it is it will kill you if you are not diagnosed and treated ASAP.  Hope this helps
