No matter how much you reduce, switch or omit your meal size or how many times taking your meal at his month. Some recipes may still be too high in sugar, fat or salt.  Smaller portions have less fat, calories and sodium and allow you to eat a wider variety of foods during a meal. Eating a variety of foods will ensure that you get all the energy, protein, vitamins, minerals and fiber you need.Just follow some healthy tips arroud your clock.

Well, fasting is a difficult time but it can become actually quite enjoyable (at least in my case it was). I have decided to use that time to lose some weight and went for a Intragastric Balloon insertion with a company called Prague Beauty (it was abroad but I got a wonderful time in Prague, really).  It took just one day and did not even hurt! I have experiencing some vomitting but that dissapeared soon and during fasting I have lost a lot of weight because I did not even feel hungry. So, I can recommend this although it cost some money.
