We naturally lose about 100 hairs a day so if you are losing more than this, it is something that should be looked into. Please don't worry. An apparent increase in hair loss is a very common experience and will normally settle down. Stress is one of the main contributory factors. Anyway, there is some factors that attribute hair shedding:
* I think it could be for selsun blue shampoo.It seems it is not suited to you.It has been documented that selenium sulfide (the active ingredient in selsun blue) causes hair loss;
“SIDE EFFECTS, that may go away during treatment, include increase in mild hair loss or thinning, hair discoloration, or oiliness or dryness of hair and scalp. If they continue or are bothersome, check with your doctor. CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE if you experience skin irritation or rash. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor, nurse, or pharmacist.”
By consulting with your doctor try any other alternative antifungul shampoo for dendruff.
*Do you have thyroid problem? Thyroid can also be reason for hair loss, so be sure to have the condition looked at.
*Are you over-processing your hair ie. coloring, bleaching, perming and straightening, if done improperly, can cause hair to break off or fall out, and you'll have to wait for healthy hair to grow back in. Frequent relaxing using a hot comb can cause permanent hair loss.
*Are u taking any certain drugs except ur multivitamin?Check ur multivitamin whether it contains iron, zinc, vitaminB,C,E,copper. Those help prevent hair loss and greying. Certain drugs can also take their toll on once flourishing and healthy tresses. However, these conditions are usually temporary, the hair shedding stops and healthy re-growth occurs with time.
If you find that suddenly your hair is falling out in handfuls, it would be a good idea to mention the fact to the doctor or a dermatologist.

thanks alot, that was great help, i think your right it may have been the selsun blue....and tell me im crazy if i am...but can this be possible...
Im right handed so i pour the shampoo into my left hand...and apply it to my head, so most of the shampoo hits the left side of my head...and i lather into the right, probably not as much as in the left...therefor the shedding to the left of my head...
possible?
my main question was though....can/will these hairs grow back? ive heard once they fall out rarely do they grow back...and ive heard they do grow back depending on the cause of falling out...
with my circumstances, will they grow back?
I figured it could have been the shampoo i have stopped using it, i dont have a dandruff problem or anything that effects the average balding individual...i have started taing muti-vitamins and cut off the selsun blue...and my hair loss has decreased...
but now its time to get back what i once had!

Guelph, actually, it depends on so many factors here. You are applying shampoo by your left hand, but readily it spreading all over the head. However, it could be a reason because the ingredients of that shampoo concentrating huge amount at that particular area.
Anyway, better you contact with a dermatologist. He will diagnose the possible cause of your hair loss. Don't worry; surely your hair falling out will be stopped. Eat a balance diet, keep clean and healthy your scalp & try to be relax, tension free.

Masturbation essentially is not only a "normal" and healthy form of sexual behavior, but it is also useful as a means of learning about one's own sexual responses. Masturbation is a healthy sexual behavior. Like other behaviors, when over practiced or addicted it can lead to both psychological and physiological imbalances. But, over-masturbation is not good for enough. Try to keep your ejaculation frequency down to 2-3 times a week.
However, some suggested that over-masturbation or over-ejaculation converts too much testosterone into dihydrotestosterone(DHT). DHT (Dihydrotestosterone) is produced from the male hormone testosterone, by the action of the enzyme 5 alpha reductase. DHT manufactured in the body at a number of sites, but primarily in the liver and the skin (including the hair follicle). Many factors increase the production of DHT in the body, such as stress, genetics .High levels of DHT overload the body causing baldness and possible prostate enlargement if blood circulation is poor in the prostate area. Reducing the frequency of masturbation or ejaculation will help maintain low levels of DHT and avoid hair loss. Reducing the frequency of masturbation or ejaculation will help maintain low levels of DHT and avoid hair loss.
Internet scam artists have tried to invent a concept called "over masturbation," insisting that you have to buy their expensive herbal pills in order to counteract the effect of masturbating more than a couple of times per week. But the pills have absolutely no effect — and masturbating once or twice a day will not make your hair fall out, or cause anything else they claim.

I myself am 21, and think I have been having problems with hair loss. I always had an extremely thick head of hair along with everyone in my family. But more recently (probably for the past few months) I have been noticing a dimming of the thickness. Now, this could all be in my head, but it's really worrying me. My scalp feels so itchy, and many times (like others said) when i run my fingers through my hair or pull my hair slightly, hairs come out, basically every time I do that. I think there could be some obvious contributing factors though that need to be addressed. It wouldn't be too far fetched to say that partying and drinking has taken its toll on some of my health, and could all the drinking be a contributing factor? Also, I have a lot of mixed anxiety, depression, and sometimes I get horribly stressed out, but I have been that way for years now, and it didn't turn into anything like this. On the good side though, I do eat a healthy well balanced diet, exercise daily, and have taken multivitamins for years, and I do plan on either partying and drinking less, or completely cutting it out. Oh, and I used tresseme(spelling) shampoo, but it usually varies with brands when I change it out.
