Hello everyone, is there any mother who also facing same to me? My 8 months old baby not feeding anything even milk .Everything spitting up from his mouth. I have been also trying him to eat some solid food as doctor's suggestion. I took him to his doctors. He didn't give any solution & advised me not to be frightened.  But I am so scared; my sweet baby might be lean & thin. Please help me.

He's probably just getting the hang of feeding. And he's not alone: About 40 percent of young babies spit up regularly. The peak age for spitting up is 4 months. Spitting up decreases once the muscles of the esophagus, the muscular tube that connects the throat to the stomach, become more coordinated. This process can take as little as 6 months or as long as 1 year.

When your baby takes in air along with his breast milk or formula, the air gets trapped in with the liquid. The air has to come up, and when it does, so does some of the liquid.
Generally, if your baby is alert and active when awake, is feeding well, and can be comforted when crying, occasional differences in these areas are normal.
Some tips:
*Feed before the baby gets very hungry
*Keep the baby in a semi-upright position during the feeding and for an hour afterwards
*Burp the baby regularly
*Avoid overfeeding

my youngest did this also, as well as semi-screaming ( a sort of screaming cry) and bringing up everything.
Our peadiatrician diagnosed acid reflux, and it was discovered that he had a larger than normal opening in his digestive tract, so food was not being held in his stomach.
He was put on medication for the acid problem, and the Doctor said that most cases will resolve themselves but some did require surgery to close the opening.
Within 8 mths or so everything was good and now he eats like a machine.... devours anything!
Maybe you could ask your Doctor if reflux maybe the problem??

Don’t be anxious and don’t push your doctor to prescribe medication for that. Take it easy. Try at 1st by some techniques. Sometimes Gastro esophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) drugs are prescribing, despite it might not be for simple spitting up. Check below the news you will get more ideas:
